If the front office identified college prospects it prefers to free-agent additions at similar positions, the quiet February makes sense.

The BC Lions have an interesting dynamic heading into camp: the precedent-setting roster designation change for Maxime Rouyer means the team's National player depth is officially stronger than it appeared entering the offseason.
